We want you to 100% love your beads. If for any reason you change your mind, we will happily accept any returns within 30 days of purchase date. Please read the requirements below before starting your return.
REQUIREMENTS
Return Requirements:
- Bead strands must remain in their New & Unused condition
- Bead strands must be intact (no cut strands)
- Bead strands must still have tags attached (no cut tags)
- ***Any Free Item received as promo requires free item to be returned.
Returns we do not accept:
- Final sale items are non-returnable as stated in product description at time of purchase.
- Free items in exchange for monetary value.
Adjustments
- Partial items returned from buy (x) get (y) free promotion will be readjusted to reflect item price of kept items to original price.
- Items returned in condition outside of above requirements we accept (i.g. cut strands, no tags) will not be given a refund.
- Free item promo not returned will be adjusted for original price of item.
- BEADWARDS points that were accumulated from returned items/order will be readjusted.
- If BEADWARDS points that were accumulated from returning order were already spent, refund amount will be readjusted to accommodate the adjustment for points and may not reflect full amount of original order.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
